In these economic hard times, I'm having a hard time meeting my ordinary expenses, and at this time I cannot afford the cost of gasoline, meals and lodging to travel to a classroom.

I'm requesting a waiver so that I can take the correspondence course which is affordable.

I have contacted all of the providers of the CAM prelicensure course and none are offering the classroom instruction within 70 miles of my residence.
